Everyone has been talking about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and tech companies world-wide have been working on ways to not only understand what it is capable of, but how it can be used to benefit businesses and consumers. We’re leading the charge on the application of this technology in the market research space, and honored to be receiving recognition of that leadership role by Microsoft.

Last month we received the award for “Big Data & AI: The Art of Possible” at the 2018 Microsoft Summit in Athens, Greece. Microsoft Hellas, the Greek subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation, recognized our platform’s implementation of Microsoft Cloud to provide data and AI solutions to the decades-old market research industry as an innovative and important use of their software.

Our platform uses unique ID’s and artificial intelligence to analyze user personas, identify and suppress poor quality responses at the question-level as well as predict purchase intent, something that made us stand out among competitors. We were honored to be chosen as one of five Microsoft partners to receive this award for our innovation. Co-Founder and CTO of Pollfish, Giannis Zaoudis, attended the summit, along with 1,500 industry leaders, and accepted the award on Pollfish’s behalf.

Receiving awards such as these from Microsoft and other respected technology partners validates our efforts to change the traditional approach to market research by providing an innovative solution that merges technology with methodology, and supports us helping brands, agencies and media companies make informed decisions.
